6 weeks could change your life

While we're enjoying our final morning, drinking our favorite Taiwenese drinks for the last time, writing our final thank-you-notes,... we also wanted to share with you how wonderful our journey has been.

The past two months have been incredible and we have experienced and learned so much. In AIESEC they always say: 6 weeks can change your life. Some people think it's just a tagline or can't see how spending 6 weeks in a different place could truly change your life... but it does... and it has!

We are happy we had so much impact during our stay here and we'd like to inform you about our final good deed.

Some of you might have heard about the suspended coffee system in Italy. Taiwan also adopted this form of charity but changed it into Suspended meals. This means you can buy a (or several) meal at the the participating stores. When somebody shows up that can't afford a meal, they can get one for free, because it's already paid for. We bought 10 savory and 5 sweet meals and hope they will bring joy to the people who need it!

These meals are not just from us but from all of you who supported us by buying candy! Thank you and see you at home!
